ERG Facilitates and Manages 2023 Clean Air Northeast Partners Meeting
ERG recently supported the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA’s) 2023 Clean Air Northeast Partners Meeting in New York City. Clean Air Northeast is a regionally coordinated initiative that aims to reduce emissions and improve public health by promoting cleaner transportation technology. The biennial meeting brings stakeholders from the Northeast to discuss the future of clean transportation in the region.
ERG managed all planning, coordination, and facilitation to ensure seamless logistics for this highly anticipated event. Leveraging the knowledge of ERG’s clean transportation experts, our team developed a thoughtful and captivating agenda that featured a keynote address, panel discussions, and dynamic presentations, including identifying and recruiting relevant speakers and moderators. ERG developed custom branding for the event, featuring a distinct look and feel that embraced the host city. We used this branding on a suite of outreach materials, including emails, social media posts, and meeting collateral such as posters, daily agendas, and PowerPoint presentations.
This event covered electric school bus implementation, micromobility initiatives such as bike sharing, federal railroad priorities, renewable energy at ports, and emissions reduction technologies. It brought together over 120 attendees, including alternative fuel experts, community leaders, and government and nonprofit representatives from across the Northeast. Both clients and attendees expressed their satisfaction with the event through positive feedback, highlighting the seamless coordination, engaging presentations, and abundant networking opportunities.
