ERG Sponsors Federal Water Quality Association Scholarship for DC-Area High School Students

ERG is a proud co-sponsor of the Federal Water Quality Association’s (FWQA) National Capital Environmental Scholarship Program in 2021. The program provides scholarships to Washington, D.C.-area students seeking careers in wastewater and related fields including chemistry, biology, environmental sciences, engineering, and natural resources planning. ERG sponsored the Richard Barber Scholarship, which honors Mr. Richard Barber, founder of FWQA's first student chapter at Howard University and former U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) environmental engineer. ERG is thrilled to congratulate this year’s scholarship recipient, an outstanding high school senior pursuing studies in environmental science.
